A woman-owned and operated firm, AgeWell has been providing powerful marketing solutions for customers in the senior healthcare industry for 22 years. Through our journey, we have developed a full understanding and appreciation of the continuum of care and are highly skilled at developing and executing strategies appropriate for all stages of the care journey.

 

As a boutique firm, we are also incredibly agile and flexible. Because of our size and the expertise of our team members (our team members have an average of 20 years of experience in the fields they’re serving), we are able to take an idea from inception to execution at lightning-fast speed.

But the real secret to our success in senior care is the partnership between our president, Jennifer Ruf and industry expert, Patricia Chiorello, Senior Care Marketing Advisor for AgeWell.


Jennifer has always taken pride in cultivating deep, continuing relationships with every customer who walks through the AgeWell doors. Whether you have a small print project or are undergoing a full-scale rebranding, you can rest assured that Jennifer, a seasoned marketing veteran and award-winning designer for top national brands, will lend her expertise to the project.

A decade ago, Jennifer teamed up with Patricia Chiorello, who shares our vision of delivering exceptional, highly personalized service. Years ago, Patti discovered a passion for helping people find excellent senior care after a family member was in need of senior living. She learned firsthand how challenging it was to navigate the web of caregiving complexities, and she was often left wondering who to trust for reliable information. The experience made such an impact on her that she decided to pursue a career in senior living to help other families navigate the world of caregiving.


Patti began her work in the industry in 1999 as director of admissions at Princeton Care Center, a wonderful family-owned center that offered excellent care for seniors. Since then, her role has grown exponentially: After becoming VP of Operations, she expanded her career into marketing and business development, working to train marketers and clinical liaisons to help bring patients to senior care centers. Though her career continues to evolve, she has remained steadfast in her mission to deploy the right messaging and communication tools to help centers convey their services to the communities they serve.

Working collaboratively, Jennifer, Patti and the entire AgeWell Marketing team have made it our goal to develop meaningful marketing materials for senior care facilities that help families make better, more informed decisions for their loved ones.
